Ingredients (for 6 Glases):

For the Bottom:

  • 2 Tablespoons of Raw Cacao Powder
  • 1 Handful of Dates
  • 3 Butter Biscuits
  • 2 Tablesooons of Coconut oil
  • 2 Handsful Almonds
  • 1 Handful of Cashews

For the Cream:

  • 500g Mascarpone
  • 2 Tablespoons of Honey
  • 3 Apricots
  • 3 Plums
  • 100g of Bueberries

At first put all the ingredients for the bottom into a mixer and blend them. Fill the bottom of your glases with this mixture. Then Cut the plums and apricots into small cubes. Put the mascarpone and the honey into a bowl and mix them. Then make several layers. I made it like this: bottom, cream, plums, cream, apricots, cream, blueberries. For the Topping I used some caramelized sunflower seeds.
