Ingredients (for 2 Baking Plates):

  • 180g Flour (I used Wholemeal Spelt)
  • 180g Oat Flakes
  • 50g Sunflower Seeds
  • 100g Sesame Seeds
  • 50g Flax Seeds
  • 100g Pumkin Seeds
  • 100g Almonds (grated)
  • Olive Oil – 6 Tablespoons
  • 500 ml of Water
  • Salt – 1 Tablespoon

Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix them. Spread the mixture on two baking tins and bake it with 170° for 15-20 minutes (the bread should be about 1 cm thick) . Take out the bread and cut it into slices because afterwards it woud not be possible anymore. After cutting the bread into desired pieces bake it for about 40 minutes more.
