Ingredients:

For the Dough:

  • 15 Dates
  • 2 Handful of Walnuts
  • 5 Tablespoons of Almonds (grated)
  • 2 Tablespoons of Hazelnuts (grated)
  • 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon of Penutbutter
  • 1 Tablespoon of Cashew Mush

Fot the Cream:

  • 500g of Curd
  • 1 Tablespoon of Agave Syrup
  • 1 Pkg. of Bourbon Vanilla Sugar
  • 2 Handful of Blueberries

For Decoration:

  • Flowers (e.g. purple Elderflower)
  • 1 Handful of Blueberries

First check if the stones have already been taken out of the dates. Then put all the ingredients for the dough into a blender and blend everything until you get a smooth dough. Put this mixture into a sprinform-pan and arrange it equally.

Clean the blender and then add all the ingredients for the cream. Blend everything until you get a smooth mixture and then put it on top of the cake base.
