Ingredients:

  • Chia Seeds – 1 Tablespoon
  • Oats – 3 Tablespoons
  • Raspberries – 1 Tablespoon
  • Nuts – 1 Tablespoon
  • Honey – Teaspoon (use Agave Syrup for the vegan version)
  • Non-dairy Milk – ca. 150 ml
  • Coconut flakes

Put the chia seeds, the oats  and raspberries into a cup and add the non-dairy milk. Let it rest in the fridge over night. In the morning add the nuts, coconut flakes and top it with honey. You can also add some fresh berries if you want to.
