Ingredients:

  • Soy Granulate – 50g
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of Garlic
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 2 Cups of Tomato Sauce
  • Sour Cream (or Soy Yoghurt for the Vegan Option)
  • 1 Avocado
  • Goat Cheese
  • Half of a Cucumber
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • Sweet Corn
  • Beans (Black Beans, Runner Beans or Kidney Beans)
  • Boiled Rice
  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 1 Buillon Cube
  • Cumin
  • (Blossom) Pepper
  • Salt

Cut all the veggies (onion, garlic, carrot, tomatoes) into small pieces. Then put the olive oil and the onion into a pan. Fry it a bit before you add the soy granulate and the garlic. After 2 minutes add the water as well as the tomato sauce and the spices (salt, cumin, buillon cube).  Let it boil until the granulate is soft like minced meat. When the vegetarian “meat” is ready, arrange all the ingredients in a bowl – and enjoy! 😉 To garnish you can add lime juice and blossom pepper, which is one of my favourites.
