Ingredients:

  • Mountain Lentils (2 Cups)
  • Cocktail Tomatoes (a handful)
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Green Onion
  • 1 Red Pepper Bell
  • 1/2 Can of Sweet Corn
  • Olive Oil – 1 Tablespoon
  • Ca. 1 liter of Water
  • Rice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Bouillon Cube

First cut the onion, the tomatoes and the bell pepper into small pieces and put them into a pot with some olive oil. Fry the veggies for a minute before you add hot water and all the other ingredients (except the rice) to the pot. In the meanwhile cook the rice which is the side dish of this meal.
