Ingredients (For 12 Pieces):

For the Dough

  • Potatoes (cooked and mashed) – 1000 g
  • Chestnut Flour – 4 EL
  • 1 Egg
  • A Dash of Salt
  • Corn Flour for kneading (as much as possible to get the right consistency)

For the  Topping

  • Mozzarella Cheese – 400 g
  • 1 Zucchini
  • Tomatoes (cubed with sauce) – 1 Can
    • Oregano, Basil, Salt
    • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Fresh Tomato (cubed)
  • 2 Green Onion
  • 1 Bell Pepper

First cook the potatoes, then peel and mash them. Add all the other ingerdients listed above for the dough. Knead the whole dough and sepreate it into 12 equal pieces. Then cut all the ingredients for the topping into small pieces. Open the can with the cubed tomatoes and add the oregano, basil, salt and garlic to the sauce.

Afterwards form 12 mini pizzas and add the ingredients for the topping. (First the tomato sauce, then the veggies and in the end the mozzarella cheese and the herbs.)

Baked the pizzas for about 15-20 minutes with 200°.
