Ingredients (for 1 loaf):

  • Red Quiona (boiled) – 4 Cups
  • Millet Flakes – 1 Cup
  • Water – 3 Cups
  • (Brown)Millet Flour – 1 Cup
  • Chia Seeds – 2 Tablespoons
  • Winestone Baking Powder – 2 Tablespoons
  • A Dash of Salt
  • Bread Spices (Cumin, Fennel, Coriander and Anise)

First boil the quinoa. Then mix all the ingredients in a bowl and put everything into a baking pan. Bake the bread for 1 hour minutes (about 180°).
