Ingredients (for 4 Portions):

For the Pudding

  • Chia Seeds – 1/2 Cup
  • Flea Seed Husk – 1 Tablespoon
  • Kakao Powder – 2 Tablespoons
  • Coconut Flakes – 1 Cup
  • Coconut/Almond Milk – ca. 1/2 liter
  • Maple Syrup – 3 Tablespoons
  • Brown Sugar (Mascobado) – 1 Tablespoon
  • Vanilla – 1 Teaspoon

For the “Topping”

  • Almond Flakes
  • Lemon Balm
  • Goji Berries

Put everything in a bowl, mix it with a whisk and wait until the chia seeds and the flea seed husk absorbed the liquid. (Add as much maple syrup as you want :).)
