Ingredients:

For the Pudding

  • Millet  – 1,5 Cups
  • Almond Milk – 2 Cups
  • Coconut Flakes – 1 Cup
  • Almonds (grated) – 2 Tablespoons
  • Bookwheat Flour – 3 Tablespoons
  • Cornstarch – ca. 1 Tablespoon
  • Some Water
  • Brown Sugar (Mascobado) – 2 Tablespoons
  • Bourbon Vanilla – 1 Pod
  • Cinnamon – 1 Teaspoon

 

For the “Topping”

  • Goji Berries
  • Almonds
  • Coconut Flakes

First cook the millet in water until it’s soft. Then cook it again with almond milk and add all the other ingredients exceot the cornstarch. In the end add as much cornstarch as necessary to get a pudding consistency.
