Ingredients (For 1 Portion):

  • Skyr – 2 Tablesppons
  • 1/2 Banana
  • A Handful of Berries (Raspberries, Blueberries or Strawberries)
  • Coconut Flakes
  • Maple Syrup / Honey / Agave Syrup

Skyr is a traditional Icelandic diary product. It is rich in protein and has little calories. Due to its consistence it can be compared to creek yoghurt whereas skyr has a much milder flavour.

First cut the banana into slices and then place it with all the other ingredients in a bowl. Skyr also tastes awesome with some dried fruits, almonds and maple syrup / honey/ agave syrup. 😉
