Ingredients (for 1 Portion):

  • Fennel – 1 Bulb
  • Tahini – 1 Tablespoon
  • Tumeric – 1 Teaspoon
  • Almond Milk (or any other milk) – 1/2 Cup
  • Olive Oil – 1 Tablespoon
  • Coconut Oil – 1 Tablespoon
  • Garlic – 1 Clove
  • Sesame Seeds – 2 Tablespoons
  • Salt

First halve the fennel bulb and then cut it into thin slices. Also cut the garlic clove into small pieces. Then put the olive and the coconut oil into a pan and sear the fennel slices together with the garlic. The fennel should get some brown spots ;). Then add all the spices and the tahini sauce. In the end deglaze everything with almond milk.
