• Potatoes – 600 g
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Onion
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt

First cook the potatoes, then peel them and cut them into slices (about 1 cm thick). Cut the onion into small pieces. Then put it together with the potatoe slices and some olive oil into a pan and fry evrything. Whisk the  eggs in a bowl, add some salt and then also add the fried onion and potatoe pieces. Mix everything and put it back into a pan wih some more olive oil. Fry the tortilla until the eggs crudle and then turn the tortilla as a whole. Therefor use a big plate or a flat cooking top. You can also add some more spieces – I like it with some sweet pepper powder and mediterranean herbs like rosemary etc.

This traditional Spanish dish is absolutely one of my favorites!
