Ingredients:

  • 3 Bananas
  • Coconut Flakes – 1 Cup
  • Flour – 1 Cup
  • Milk – 3 Tablespoons
  • Cacao Powder – 2 Tablespoons
  • Coconut Oil
  • Baking Powder – 2 Teaspoons

First put the bananas into a bowl and squish them with a fork. Then add all the other ingredients and mix everything. Fry the pancakes with some coconut oil and serve them with coconut pulp or hazelnut-chocolate cream.(Take about 2 Tablespoons of the “dough” for one pancake; I used a silicon pancake tin to get the heart shape). 😉
