Ingredients (for 4 Portions):

For the Sauce

  • Red Pepper – 2 Bells
  • Garlic – 1 Clove
  • Tahini – 2 Tablespoons
  • Olive Oil – 1 Tablespoon
  • Coconut Milk – 1 Cup (use the creamy part and not the liquid one)

For the “Topping”

  • Red Pepper – 1 Bell
  • Garlic – 1 Clove
  • 1 Tablespoon

For the Noodles (“Zoodles”):

  • 4 Zucchinis (1 Zucchini per Person)

First put the pepper bells into the oven and bake them until their skin gets brown spots. Then take them out and take off the skin – this should be really easy now. Put the peeled pepper bells and all the other ingredients for the sauce into a mixer and blend them until everything turns into a creamy sauce.

To make spaghetti out of your zucchinis use a “zoodle-maker”  or if you don’t have one, use just a common veggie peeler.

For the topping cut the pepper and the garlic into small pieces and fry them with some olive oil.
