- Linseeds – 1 Cup
- Millet Flakes – 1 Cup
- Millet Flour – 2,5 Cups
- Chia Seeds – 2 Tablespoons
- Water – 2 Cups
- Cumin – 1 Teaspoon
- Salt – 1 Teaspoon
- Winestone Baking Powder – 2 Tablespoon
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them. Then knead everything until it’s one sticky piece of pastry. Afterwards you can either form one big loaf of bread or some smaller buns. In the end strew some millet flakes on top to make them look better.
Bake with 200° for about 10 minutes and then with 180 for about 30 min. Of course the baking time differs between a loaf and the buns.
This bread is gluten and histamine free! 🙂
