• 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Zucchini
  • Garlic – 3 small Cloves
  • Butter – 2 Tablespoons
  • Some Olive Oil
  • Italian Herbs (Rosemary, common Thyme, Marjoram, …)
  • Sweet Pepper Powder – 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt

First cut the bell pepper, zucchini and garlic into small pieces and fry them in a pan with some olive oil. Put some salt on it and wait until the veggies are ready. Then put the warm veggies into a mixer and blend everything together with the butter and spices.

  1. Due to a very strict diet which I have to stay on for the next 6 weeks because of my histamine intolerance I’m posting all these histamine and gluten free recipes. This will change after after the expiration of this term ;).
