Ingredients (for ca. 15 pieces):

  • Red Quinoa (200g)
  • Broccoli or Zucchini (100g)
  • 1 Egg or 2 Egg Yolks (the Glair contains Histamin)
  • Salt, Herbs
  • Sweet Pepper Powder
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves
  • Some Olive Oil

Cook the quinoa and broccoli in salt water. In the meanwhile fry the zucchini with garlic a bit. Then put everything together in a bowl and mix it. Form patties and put them on the plate with some olive oil. Bake them in the oven until they are crispy  🙂 (with about 180°-200°).

Serve the patties with some salad, fried potatoes or veggies.
