This Recipe is Guten and Histamin FREE!
Ingredients (for 1 Portion):
- Chia Seeds – 2 Teaspoons
- Oat Flakes – 3 Tablespoons
- Almond or Coconut Milk – ca. 100 ml
- Coconut Flakes – 1 Tablespoon
This is a very simple and healthy alternative to your daily toast or pancakes. It’s not only tasty but also keeps you feeling full for a while. Another advantage of this breakfast dish is that you prepare it in the evening so you can stay in bed a bit longer. 😉
In the evening: Put the chia seeds, oats and the milk of your choice together in a bowl and mix them a bit. On the top you can add some frozen or dry fruits and berries but of course fresh ones (added in the morning) taste much better. Since I love the taste of coconut I always add some coconut flakes as well.
As you can see on the picture I used frozen strawberries for my oatmeal and added some walnuts and cereals in the morning.
