Since I have been a child, healthy food was an important part of my life. My mom always set great value upon food – it had to be well-balanced and organic. She aroused my interest in cooking.

When I had to follow a strict diet due to health issues, I started to create my own recipes – invariable vegetarian and some of them even vegan or gluten free.
I love  creating new speacial dishes. When creating new recipes, I use the ispiration I gained through travelling. That is why my dishes are mostly influenced by the Asian and South American kitchen. Moreover I try to create my own versions of some Austrian meals in order to keep up the traditions of my country.
